We have just applied for Asher's visa and we have everything together to apply for our visas and will be able to send that out as soon as we get the money to do it. It will cost $490 and we are just a little over $100 short at this point. We hope to have that by next week sometime.
Our next steps after that will be waiting again, but hopefully not for too long. Paperwork needs to be sent back and forth between here and China, and then we will be waiting for TA (Travel Approval) from China. After we receive that, we will be able to request a court date. Once a court date is approved, we will then have definite travel dates and we will be able to purchase airline tickets!
I can't even believe we are this close and that by early to mid November (hopefully!) we will be flying to China to meet our little boy! While I am extremely excited, I am also starting to get a little nervous. This is such a big deal! Please continue to pray for us as we prepare to travel and start the next part of this adoption journey, which is bringing our boy home.
